MediaConvert Hub allows users to upload media files, convert supported formats, track processing progress, and download converted outputs. Service availability, supported formats, and conversion performance may change as we improve infrastructure and codec support.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not upload malicious software, prohibited content, or any file you are not legally permitted to process. Abuse, automated attacks, reverse engineering attempts, or attempts to bypass security controls may result in immediate suspension.
3. Content Rights and Responsibility
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading files, you represent that you own the rights or have authorization to process them. You are solely responsible for copyright, licensing, and legal compliance related to uploaded and converted media.
4. File Retention and Deletion
Converted files are stored temporarily to support downloads and batch ZIP exports. Files are automatically removed after the published retention period. You should download your outputs promptly and maintain your own backup copy.
5. Availability and Limitations
We aim to provide reliable conversion performance but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete codec compatibility, or error-free operation for every media source. Conversion speed may vary by file size, format, system load, and worker queue status.
6. Disclaimer and Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediaConvert Hub disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.
